Well, yeah, it is weird dat Buddhism prohibits all violence but then there is this warrior monk guy who can be mercenary for hire. I guess it isnt surprising dat Buddhist monk has like more than hundred vows. There a lot of warrior Buddhist monk classes though. There are notorious Japanese sohei, well, historically religion is very intertwined with the ruling government. For example, in Japan some rulers of domain justified their rule by Buddhism. This is because shinto justified rule of the emperor, it is hard to be in opposition to the emperor and believe in shinto. So, they used Buddhism as the way of going around the omnipotence of the emperor. It is similar in China too. Well, shaolin is known to be commercially successful monastery any way, it is not really a monastery today. Where is truth and authenticity? I dunno. Why do we have martial art and why is there "art" in martial art? Because of deliberate attempts to make fighting into art, into something skilled, into something refined and tasteful. This is why there is philosophy to it, this is why there are morals, this is why there are moves dat are hard to pull. Nah, management is actually quite different Machiavelli guy. You would think dat, well, it is all about allocation and management… but they go on about systems and it all breaks down. We have this worker guy, right? Worker guy should be the point, worker guy should be the focus of wellbeing. Manager should be a guarantor for worker guy for not be overwhelmed by the actual power holders. The principle of "good face" capitalism is prosperity for all, we can build a company dat has only goal, only driving force, only reason to move and do anything, and dat force is people who it employs. This is very different from shareholder value maximization. So, why is dat, that there are many well meaning people, but they cant do anything significantly good? The answer is loss of account
