i use +2.5 dioptre reading glasses when i'm using phone or handheld or reading. (my prescription was around -1.5) so that my eyes are continuously unstrained

yes opticians say it's impossible. but it depends imo bc there's different types of myopia. ones where it's from damaged lense yeh no 'print pushing' will fix that. but if u got it from reading and indoors life then yes imo it's curable. also according to one optician utube these bro science methods may initially slightly adjust it (but that's the limit), giving u false confidence that it's working. which could well be my case
