whats your opinion on "playtron"

if you dont know what that is its basically gnu linux os like steamOS for games. they want to create os thats a pc os but less bloated and more optimized for gaming than windows. also another goal of theirs is to have multiple game launchers work out of the box without configuring, and to have it be installable to any pc or handheld, unlike steamOS.

you might think: lmao, yeah right. thats what i thought too, but there is an actual company behind it, and some real big players. also they have some serious sponsors like samsung and square enix.

anyway that being said im still skeptical and dont think its gonna be big, tbh

but id like to hear your opinions, and especially hungarian chinos opinion

Yeah, well, I think engineer guy really like little thing like dat. Dunno about any old TV though, but the Big Cube grandma has you can play it, but experience is quite limited because controls are uncomfortable… But teletext? I never seen thing like dat and didn't know about it. How it even work? the way teletext work is that there is 3 digit number next to different subject. you press the those digit in remote and it goes to that page. the range is from 100-899, so in total one tv channel can have 800 pages, but each of page can also have sub pages. how many of subpages can one page hold? well im not sure.. well how would u go from subpage to next? well on older tv at least it would automatically do dat. so if page contained multiple subpages, it would toggle between them after certain amount of time, but there also a button on remote to stop it from doing that. teletext also support text with blink effect. and hidden text, which you could reveal by pressing the REV button on remote. one of the big thing about teletext was chat/forum thing, where person could post by sending a SMS text message. we still have one channel (yle) that has teletext, but they dont do that chat feature… funny thing actually, i read in finland teletext was actively used back in the day for criminal purposes, people would use it to send messages to people in prison and so on. anyway.. sorry for ramble, but u were thinking if teletext is hard to use, its not really. it had some historical thing which might not be very clear for new user. but its super easy and fast to use. if you memorize numbers of your favorite pages and etc, its much faster to navigate browser. its fast even if u dont memorize them.

but folk tales? which kind of folk tales are you thinking? i do like myths a lot, and theories about myths. i like kalevala stories, especially the less christianized ones. but there are also more generic stories and then there are plain fairy tales. Which japanese thing did you read?
