The video is titled Trying the vindaloo chicken pukka pie and comes from the ENGLISH EATS channel.
It features a Brit*ish guy (looks like his name is Deano or something similar) trying out the Pukka Chicken Vindaloo Pie; that super-spicy chicken curry pie released by the British brand Pukka Pies.
The guy opens the packaging, shows off the box with its “4 chili rating” and the slogan “Our hottest pie ever / Can you handle the heat?”, and proceeds to cook it in the microwave (yes, the microwave, not the oven or air fryer like most people).
He puts it in upside down, gives it 1 minute and 50 seconds, flips it over, and that’s it.
Then comes the wildest and most entertaining part: how he actually eats the damn pie. Instead of cutting it normally with a knife and fork like a civilized person, this guy removes the puff pastry lid, folds the edges inward as if he were assembling a *taco de canasta* (basket taco), and starts devouring the filling first.
He says that’s how he always eats Pukka Pies, noting that his sister does it differently (she scoops out the filling and eats the pastry last).
He takes a bite and gets absolutely wrecked. He makes a face that screams, “Holy shit, this is actually hot.”
He says it’s burning his tongue and hurting (like having salt poured into an open wound) and that even the corners of his mouth are on fire.
He complains, makes sounds of agony, wipes away sweat, and finally admits it’s spicier than he expected (he thought it would be like a standard supermarket vindaloo, but it hit much harder).
He finishes the pie, complains a bit more about the burn, and asks viewers to comment on how *they* eat their pies. The video is about 11 minutes long pure ASMR eating and over the top reactions to the chili, with a really random and slightly trashy vibe (there’s McDonald’s trash visible in the background, according to the comments).
It’s classic British "light food challenge" content: not an extreme Carolina Reaper challenge, but the guy acts like he’s burning alive.
