The video is titled Eggs Are Eggs! These Are EGGCEPTIONAL… and it’s by a bald foodie guy known as Bald Foodie Guy.
It was uploaded around October 2, 2026; it has about 12,000 views, 1,000 likes, and 50 comments. It’s a straightforward food review of new products from Tesco (the British supermarket).
The guy goes to Tesco and buys two packs from the brand Two Chicks (a British liquid egg white brand that has now branched out into snacks):
• Eggceptional Bites (red box, £2.50):
Free range egg white bites with cheese, tomato, and basil. Two pieces, 50g each. Ready to eat cold or hot. High in protein (around 11–15g per serving, according to the packaging) and low in carbs.
• Eggceptional Omelettes (green box, £3):
Folded free range egg omelettes with cheddar cheese, spinach, and red pepper. Two omelettes, 95g each. Microwaveable.
The total came to £5.50. He complains a bit that for that kind of money you could buy a hell of a lot of regular eggs, but he tries them both cold and hot.
He starts by saying hello and asking, "Eggs are eggs… or is it not so?”
He shows the boxes and reads out the ingredients (68% pasteurized free range egg whites in the omelette, 8% cheddar cheese, 3.5% spinach, etc.), allergens, and nutritional info.
He mentions that the products are “made by women” (the Two Chicks brand was founded by two women, and they have a Future Female Entrepreneur fund). He opens the packages (notes that the plastic peels off easily—10/10).
He heats one in the microwave (adjusting the timing because his microwave is powerful).
He tastes the hot omelet: he says it tastes strongly of spinach; he can barely detect the cheese or red pepper. It needs salt and pepper.
He finds it a bit bland. He tastes the bites cold: he prefers them this way; the basil flavor dominates, with a hint of tomato and a little cheese.
He says they’re tasty even when cold.
He heats up the bites and notes that they improve a bit when warm. He mentions they’re good for bodybuilders or a post-gym snack (quick protein).
He compares them to making a homemade three-egg omelet with lots of cheese (which he prefers).
He concludes by saying they’re convenient when you can't be bothered to cook, but nothing special in terms of flavor.
It’s a typical British foodie review: informal, with silly jokes; he tries everything, complains about the price to value ratio, and gives his honest opinion.
