huchi protips on balancing alcohol ?

i got some vitamin b complex pills and that prevented hangovers (normally i'm immune to those tho if i'm properly fed. i can drink very impressive quantities) but i'm still not sure wats correct drinking cadence for it to last more than x hours. asking bc u talked about extending it for the entire day when u do it

i drink pretty rarely, like 2-4 times a year. sometimes alone sometimes socially. was just sad and wanted to do the alcohol thing today. but i really need to have eaten properly the previous few days so i don't immediately get headache. so it wasn't that great

vodka (absolut vodka)

Just sad? Dunno, I think alcohol never ever helped anyone in being sad. Though, you should eat during drinking and most importantly drink a lot of water especially if you drink high abv. I follow these easy steps and never get headache. Yeah, drinking sucks alone, though, I have to do something with this dubai matcha liqueur

Balancing? What's balancing? Your hangover will mostly depend on what you drink, mixing stuff is a big no-no, fruity cocktails will fuck your stomach (the sugar alone).
beers wash you out, hangover is guaranteed terrible
Wine also messes with the stomach because of acidity
Hard liquor in itself is the best, most effect, least volume, but quality is key.
Vodka is generally piss poor and not recommended. Finlandia-bols-absolut are poison, poles claim to have invented vodka but they make the worst ones. Tito's is the best and it's actually american (but it's pricey)
I mostly roll with scotch, 3 year old ones are already okay but 8 year is the sweet spot

Drank some trash cognac last night then I drank a little to cure myself before noon then I remembered this gem of a track
I don't really "plan" my drinking scientifically, I just like doing it. Most people who "drink" aka normalshits trying to drown their sorrows or be social just never experiment with different brands and find their GOAT drinks, so they just accept that drinking is bad idk. So go and find out what your taste is, if you want to drink

Also your head hurts because you were already dehydrated before drinking. Which is bad. It's also bad because if you start chugging now, it will dampen your appetite for drinking
Umbas-… wait thats someone elses tagline

worked 4 me. i think 4 me it's more about transitioning from one mindset to another, so many things would work for it. for some persistent sadness it would be bad cure

i do drink lots of water w/ alcohol so it's more food issue now
>>301531
y r vodkas bad ? r there necessarily some toxic impurities left ?

i don't drink 4 taste, just want some pure and strong thing i can get down fast. was there other rationale for ur aged scotch than taste ?

mostly just randomly sad day

but also had had some dream where relatives were few decades younger, and dead ones were alive. i don't really feel much sadness in the moment when any1 dies, but seems on some level it's sad to me too. and idea of ageing in general

Did you know alcohol units impact women differently from men? Maybe your HRT reduced your ability to handle alcohol units.

>y r vodkas bad ? r there necessarily some toxic impurities left ?
>was there other rationale for ur aged scotch than taste ?
these two questions both end in the same conclusion.
All alco can get you drunk, the impurities and the quality shows when the hangover comes (besides the taste). When you vomit from something right after drinking it, it's your stomach refusing some "impurity" or contaminant, it's not the alcohol itself. (or there is a very physical reason when your stomach gets full but that usually happens when you drink beer or something light)
Basically cheap drinks fuck up all sorts of things in your body the better ones don't.
>i don't drink 4 taste, just want some pure and strong thing i can get down fast
Cute, shit amateurs say. If you really meant that, you would be drinking inlander rum or absynth (high alco content drinks like that are tremendous fun!)

Also vodka protips:
store it in the freezer. This will allow you to reconnect with your slavic heritage since russians do this
And mix it with kinley ginger, tastes great. 5cl vodka and fill the rest of the 2dl glass up. Takes a lot of kinley doe so store up but they go together splendidly

really makes no difference for me

i'm immune to hangovers if i've eaten properly. like i can match much larger ppl who i'm drinking w/'s drinking quantity and never pass out nor have any issues remembering wat happened

tho if i really drink way too much like half a litre of rum i'll puke it out after a while. tho after dat puking i'm fine again
>>301546
>If you really meant that
obv price and impurities r important to me. yes i would drink absinthe otherwise

Eh, I have those sad days but it just sounds dat in your case you were sad about something particular

I think aging is good though. Well, yeah, but I guess I could understand you too. Maybe, I imagine you caring a lot about yourself being in some particular way and you doesnt seem to be caring about just being as you are. However ridiculous this might sound. Eh, being something else isnt so bad. But do you think dat you wanting to be youthful is related to dying? I thought that it directly connected, I dunno, fear of death is unbearable but we almost never directly fear death, we mostly fear it indirectly in things dat it represents. I think caring a lot about youthfulness is also caring about age and by caring about age we care about dying because otherwise why care about age at all? Why did I have to write all this? Dunno, fear of death interests me, because it is everywhere in human life

it's not fear of death but just not wanting to be old bc i think old age is gross and ugly (on me at least. i'm not so judgemental about other ppl if they don't seem to mind it on them). not many seem to fight it much, and the few who do do it in some stupid, halfhearted and often counterproductive ways. i'd rather die than become old (or claim to now)

also in general don't care (or claim not to) that much about dying bc kinda think we're dead already, or never existed in any meaningful way. like, i think we're to an infinitely high probability in a simulation, so just digital things, that get cut and pasted over and over again as part of routine processes, and there's countless other u's in other parallel historical simulations. u only exist in this instant (like some bolzmann brain), next second it's some1 else already, even if it inherits ur memories and thinks it's u. so i'm kinda ambivalent whether that chain got cut off or not bc it doesn't concern me

maybe bit dehydrated and didn't write it very smartly

Eh, actually, I dont view oldness as big uglifier. Some people are clearly handsome even while being old, even while being visibly old, so I think beauty, particularly natural beauty, is not easily lost with age. Though there is probably more people who age badly. So maybe if you want to preserve your natural beauty you could do so I guess, at least I know that many people could. Wat I wanted to say is dat if you view yourself as good looking or watever, isnt it true that you would be good looking even in old age? I mean, natural beauty transcends old age, any way, I think being afraid of being ugly in old age is kinda silly but you probably have far different understanding of ugly

Eh, sometimes I thought about dat not gonna lie. Wat problem with simulation theory I have is that it is particular. Hard to describe. It centers on a ego and makes ego really important, so, simulation theory gives way too much importance to individual. Wat I want to say is dat I feel like if we were simulated, would we be really having so strong of boundaries between the self and the other selves? But it is undeniable reality that borders between our egos are strong, and not only that, we are able to test other egoes and this on its own kinda tells us that we cannot be really simulated. Because it is spontaneous, it is undefined wat happens when we test other egoes, but in simulation it is implied dat everything is defined at every point in time. So, we are not in simulation because spontaneity and random even is undeniable reality, in simulation random is impossible

Any way, it might be true that we never existed in a meaningful way though nonetheless. After all, it is impossible for everyone to live a meaningful life at once if meaning is derived from some action. Wat I want to say is dat if meaningful life was to be a parent and everyone could be a parent then wat is the value of being a parent? Wat I want to say is dat value and meaning only exist in comparison. For example, for being a parent to be meaningful, not being a parent must be first negative of being meaningful life. So we kinda compare wat is more meaningful from wat is less meaningful life. Then we have to have value of being a parent, and generally, when everyone has the same thing, then people tend to take it for granted. So, if all were a parent, it wouldnt be meaningful life no more because value of meaningful life would tank the second there is no comparison to what is not meaningful life

Any way, so, I guess many people would notice that 98% of humans live kinda meaningless lives. But is it a problem? After all, even if it is, it cannot be resolved. So, I think, here is where fear of death most visible. Many people recognize that their life is just kinda not meaningful, but they continue living. Because its unknown of wat is beyond death. It is really scary to entertain this thought that it is unproven if dying worse than living. So, people kinda have to find a justification for living. Kinda just have to not stop and think. Because if they do it is really easy to realize that nothing matters and every thing sucks. Because it is true to some degree. So wat justifies living? And wat justifies not dying? Fear seem to really good at justifying living
