Dunno, Nazis had grim plans for everyone who isnt German. Or Germanic, any way, there was some race hierarchy but there was no question that whole world, whole planet must be German
In propaganda they mostly lambasted the enemy of the day, but they had really low opinions about anyone who isnt German, fully German not part German or watever. Nazi party wasnt divided about mischlinge, they must be sterilized, but they were divided on how they must be treated
Basically, Nazi race laws were really restrictive and actually would made a lot of Germans in Germany mischlinge. Not to say the disabled and mentally ill, those werent seen as human even if they are German

It cannot be understood without first knowing that Weimar was a kinda socialist democratic state and that it failed miserably because of conservatives. Germans really resented losing war, but more than dat, they resented the wall street crash because now not only that theyve lost and must pay reparations, economy is mismanaged and nothing works at all. Nazis played on those two sentiments and their ideology was built around them in this way
