Honestly my exgf looked like that and that's the prime reason why I can't get over her tbh
But I don't think she had surgergy, as a matter of fact I was told through my roommate she had developed anorexia at some point because her entire family and social circle bullied her and constantly told her she was fat because of her hips. And as far as I got to know her she was pretty strict on her diet (Except for the ocassional beer with maggi sauce) and didn't like pictures of herself because otherwise she felt like she was getting morbidly obese.

I hate how it's so trendy to be a tapeworm and big asses are considered a social stigma for women apparently.
