  No. 291652 [PM]

⛽️ Amid a fuel crisis, the Russian government has authorized the production and sale of lower environmental-grade gasoline—K2 to K4 ("Euro-2," "Euro-3," and "Euro-4")—until July 1, 2027.

The decision was announced on August 5 by Russia's Ministry of Energy via Telegram.

At the same time, the government revoked an earlier decision that had allowed the sale of K5 gasoline with a higher sulfur content through the end of 2026.

The ministry said fuel stations will be required to clearly display the environmental class of the fuel being sold. Officials described the measure as temporary and part of "anti-crisis measures" aimed at balancing fuel quality requirements with the need to ensure sufficient fuel supplies for consumers.

looking grim for ukraine ngl

ody tiers r celebrating terroristically hitting some e-commerce warehouses (?) and other civilian targets. which just caused russia to take gloves off and start hitting all ships docking @ odessa and other remaining ukrainian ports, forcing ukraine to try to ship grain by rail. ukrainian anti-air in shambles too (NAFO patriot missile stock got spent on iran). even stinky (стінки) has fallen

I like the reference to scale considering over 400,000 orcs died for ZIGGER nationalism tho!

Yea allegedly some vehicles also died to that subpar fuel because not designed for it. Well it is fixable damage but that kind of thing hurts a bit
>hitting some e-commerce warehouses
Read something about how they specifically target Wildberries (and not Ozon for example) because their infrastructure is more vulnerable as well as their finances in poorer shape - the end goal is to trigger a crisis of the financial system in Russia (bank crisis). IDK if it happens but yea allegedly banks are not in a good shape at this point and that will cause more damage. Overall Ukrainians seem to be "rushing" things a bit in a sense of trying to strike a better deal with Putin (instead of giving him the rest of Donbass for free they want an immediate cease-fire without any territory transfers, i.e. just freeze the war for a moment at least).
Personally I'd rather see both Wildberries and Ozon burn but that's just me xD (like you know, you don't need those massive online marketplaces to actually do e-commerce but yea I suppose streamlining logistics etc does make things cheaper).

Telegram is still banned in Russia (inaccessible without VPN/proxy/etc). It's just the ban didn't really cause its Russian audience to collapse, it just shrinked a little IIRC.

Does Ozon also work with military logistics?

Probably none of them work with military specifically, just stuff you can buy online from producers who are not even state-funded (though IDK really). So, are they used for buying military stuff? Yes I guess. Is it the "majority" of their business and/or are they crucial for military logistics? Likely not.
Anyway targeting civilian infrastructure is a war crime. Russians still do more war crimes I guess but that's not an excuse (they also probably won't sue anybody for that lol because not participating in war-crimey courts or something).
