Bro want to learn photography bro wat is there to learn buy most expensive reflex camera or latest iPhone Pro Max or watever and here you have it. Dont tell me you want to learn more than dat, bro been given life to grill meat and eat with boys instead he want to become Instagram model (DNG is supported by pretty much every Android camera if it supports Camera3 API. There are not a lot of options for you if you want to take good pictures with your phone, iPhone Pro Max are usually best for photography because of their camera layout and strong software algorithms. I dunno which Android phone compares, but Google Camera has, perhaps, better processing algorithms than iPhone one so it is a problem of hardware. Random cameras from Teemu aint gonna be any better than Yahoo China phone camera, though, if you want learn photography they might be better because you can control for more variables in most digital physical cameras)

From what I can tell and read and experienced, phone can still work well in a scene with lots of light and non moving objects
Small phone sensor equals little light collected -> decrease shutter speed to get more light -> slow shutter speed makes fast moving objects blur
Also editing does a lot of lifting
Also how would I know what is a good camera to buy if I don't know what to look out for
And I can still learn ISOs, shutter speed and exposure and framing
