I have already used OnePlus 8 years ago and I liked it but I got pickpocketed because lolmexico
But now that OnePlus is migrating to Oppo's UI which is Temu apple and well the OnePlus isn't even well designed for it just OnePlus decided to hand it over to Oppo not sure if it's a good deal.

I don't love Xiaomi UI for one, it does the job but it's also messy/buggy, has it's own bloatware/adware. OxygenOs was better and I barely recall it from my stolen 8 OnePlus from 8 years ago.

Also back then I used public transport daily to go to uni and out to normiefag.
Nowadays I barely go out and if I do I almost always just use my car so not much of a concern really. If I go to Chino's place I will just hide real phone and use the old Xiaomi 9S.
Also stealing phone isn't a very profitable business anymore cuz phone devs added more options to block phones and leave them as useless bricks when they get stolen.
And low quality half decent smartphones became incredibly cheap so people would rather buy a new one than use a stolen one.
