How do people sleep early
Every single time I do it next day can't replicate it and end up sleeping late on the 3rd day

You have to change your schedule gradually, like sleeping 30 minutes earlier for 3 days until you're sleeping at the time you want.

That or you can take a benzo like Xanax for a quick fix. Don't take those every day though.

And avoid melatonin, it'll just fuck up your sleep hormones.

Yes I do that and I can spend up to 3 hours awake, eventually boredom is overwhelming and I stand up and walk around and beat the bush playing with my cats or something.
I try to avoid phone/computer but inevitably I use them sometimes.

>>284100
Yeah I do that but there'll be some day I stay awake another 3 to 6 hours or something.

Worst part is I sincerely "like" the job lol as in it's the first job ever I don't actually hate but I won't talk about it unless other people talk about their jobs (only Chino does that).

Yeah another annoying thing is I have a fat 8kg cat that's on diet and he has scheduled/timed eating hours but sometimes will go staffas unless he's fed so he will wake me up randomly as well.

It must be the cat disrupting your schedule, plus a little stress and anxiety in the mix. Sleep can be hard to fix and I hope you can find a way to make it better. I know the pain.

No, it has no effect on me
I may drink an energy drink once a week cuz I need to stay awake between 3 am and 5 pm

A little bit of everything
I'm working plus got another unrelated intensive coursework, thinking of getting a 2nd job

I get really anxious thinking about my ex as well

But even if I'm not anxious I struggle sleeping early

I'm supposed to wake at 3 am Monday -Friday and yesterday I went to sleep at 3 am

Sleep disorders are real
Also the older you get, the worse quality of sleep becomes - maybe not as a rule but there is a tendency
Try have natural melatonin cycle restoration in case it's broken - basically allegedly you have to be outside at about noon time for a couple hours
Get more physical exercise, like stronger workouts/walks/runs etc
Try to cut stress somewhat - in my case having a job destroys any semblance of my sleep schedule, together with my sanity lol
Shutdown lights/noises from outside perhaps
If everything fails, try sleeping pills

Overall currently my sleep isn't terrible, like I usually get asleep pretty soon after laying down but the situation of "3 hours just cannot sleep" etc is familiar - perhaps it's just textbook insomnia or something

Thanks Precure Moscow for the quality post

Fortune
wow... simple maths show that Debian developers have closed more
than *31* *thousand* bug reports since our BTS exists!
that is about 30999 more than Microsoft ;)
