I didn't have tv in our room growing up like the 'rich' kids so the main tv was always used by parents
We played the computer (dad knows a guy who can pirate and burn cds type nonsense) and legos
Loved legos a lot
We had a VHS player but not much media to watch on it.

but yeh legos i could often build all day long, and we had massive quantity. but dad didn't appreciate other entertainment than those and toy trains, so took long time to get computer or gaming stuff

My mum worked in a hospice for kids and would be so depressed shed buy us loads of stuff so I'd get a new model to build every Friday when she was paid
Dad loved trains and so did I but I could never afford them
Couldn't afford Legos either
Maybe by time I was like 13 but then that was a bit late tbh
I love Lego to look at but I think I don't have *that* thing that would make me play with I guess
Same way I don't get minecraft I think

dunno in lego mechs the joint pieces can't handle big loads, or wear our w/ age. i wouldn't personally get any dust collectors but would try build myself. i built pretty accurately one of those tripods from spielberg's war of the world, which was pretty dope
