most annoying thing in that game is when you and the lords from your faction capture an enemy castle but they don't garrison any units in it afterwards so the enemy just immediately captures it back lol :DDD

B tier - hired blade, swadian sergeant, mercenary cavalry, khergit lancer, vaegir knight, Nord veteran archer, swadian sharpshooter
C tier - vaegir guard, slaver chief, mercenary crossbowman
D tier - sarranid guard, caravan master
khergit horse archers hard to rank, if you're good at commanding them they're S tier, if you just let them do their own thing they're like D tier cus they just die immediately lol :DDD
